Support Team Not Addressing the Actual Issue!

My account has been locked for 3 consecutive days. I sent 8 emails from 3 different email accounts, and today, one email finally received a response. However, the reply was a standard request for account and character information, which I had already provided in my previous emails. Although the email I received didn’t include account information, according to your system, all emails from the same address should be grouped into one conversation, so the support team should be able to see the account details I resent.

Now, the support team replied with an inquiry email, and after I responded, I am left waiting indefinitely again. You are not solving the problem, you’re just creating more. A single issue should not require multiple rounds of communication to resolve. It seems you’ll never complete your tasks! I am extremely disappointed with your after-sales service.

Pretty sure that happen to every body which have problems right now.

Unacceptable if solutions being delayed for weeks.
I’ve noticed that more people are being banned without cause. I’ve been waiting for the 4th day, and still no one has come to help me resolve the issue. Why not cancel the ban policy for now and restart it once you have enough staff? The current ban policy is only making the situation worse.

Thank you for your reply, but this is just a standard response that doesn’t solve the problem. I would like to propose a solution, and I ask you to pass it on to the support team: lift all account bans temporarily and restart the ban policy once you have sufficient staff. The purpose of the bans is to improve the gaming environment, but the current ban policy is only making the gaming experience worse!
