[POE2][Monk/Invoker] Elemental Expressions should trigger on critical with spells too

Elemental Expressions should trigger on critical - not melee critical.
The damage it does scales with spell damage - and is not worth it for a melee monk.

If it could trigger on spell crits too - it would open up a whole world for a spell caster monk.

More people would try out different builds with the invoker class instead of the limited options available to it now!

As it stands - the monk pretty much only has one method of playstyle that synergizes with the invoker ascendancy and it is melee.

Or they just need to convert it to attack instead of being a spell in order to have some decent scalling/synergies on melee monks.

Honestly this will make a lot more sense than Elemental Expressions being a spell. At least in the current state of the game and Invoker ascendancy.
