Life Remnants Bugged

The skill used to work for me, but now it disables after a few seconds active. I had Blasphemy with Vulnerability socketed too consuming 60 spirit, after I socketed a few support skills like clarity and vitality on Life Remnants the skill stopped working for me, now everything I'm using spirit gets disabled after I pick a remnant or have the skill active long enough, including the curse aura. If i reput my socket it works again, but it doesn't work for long. All my spirit skills are completely bugged now, I can't use them. I have 100 spirit in total.
EDIT: Might have been a completely different thing causing the bug, i think it's something to do with Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments giving overheal that disables Life Remnants

I hate this bug, it makes it unusable for anyone without a Sceptre, what is the reason for Focus even to exist in this game if no build can be completed without spirit on a witch. When I had 30 spirit I could've used only 15 spirit on it and the other 15 was left to rot for free cause it didn't work if I decided to use 10 or 15 additional spirit on this skill now that I have 60 spirit I can only use 30 spirit on this skill if I use 20 + 15 skill support gem I still have 25 free spirits left out of 60 and it's shown above my mana in game that I have free spirit yet this skill shows not enough spirit.

I'm using Tetzlapokal's Desire Votive Raiment so I don't think it's a problem with Crimson Gilded Vestments, also I removed all gear same problem.
