MONK-- HOW do you use charged staff?

it says it needs charges


YET I NEVER SEE IT ACCUMULATING CHARGES like the bell does.

You need Power charges.

Easiest way to achieve this early is killing palm and later once you unlock combat frenzy and resonance node on passive, you can stack it with freeze/shock damage automatically every 6 seconds or so. Killing palm is fastest but later in the game feels weird to stop dps to kill smaller units 1 by 1. With Combat Frenzy and Resonance it feels smoother, and then you can gain power charges on bosses as well.
