Advanced skill info not all there?

Question is the title. I cant seem to find any info in gem or char info for chance to shock, ignite or freeze on PS5. I know on PoE 1 for PlayStation all the stats are bugged and never accurate. will this be same case for PoE 2? If it was not for PoB no one on PoE 1 PlayStation would know there actual dps lol

If u go to the skill page and do advance info might be in there

Any info on how to access the tabs in skill details on ps? I know dps calcs are bugged on consoles, and tried to go to the tabs for more info..but i cant find a way to access them.
