Map bosses do not drop waystones/low loot (t16+)

Just reached the last node in the atlas tree that gives Irradiated to every waystone with a boss.

Using t15 or t16 waystone on it(corrupted+irradiated+boss node) - bosses drop pretty low loot and 0 waystones.
Using t14 on it - bosses start dropping x3 waystones again.

Something is not right. Does anyone else have the same experience?

I just run a T17 450% waystone increase rare boss map and got no waystone from boss, i will test some more.

I tested multiple maps, every time the same loot (15-20maps)
something is definitely wrong
