[PoE2] Shocked Ground passive on secured leggings doesnt work when resurrected

Just like the title sais

Wake of Destruction Secured Leggings have a passive effect:

"Drop Shocked Ground while moving, lasting 8 second"

This effect stops working when being resurrected while wearing them.

currect fix for them are just to de-equip them and re-equip them and they work again.
