Ps5 tradesite not working can't message

Im at my wits end tbh. Absolutely nothing is working good. The tradesite is saying "I can only message support" on PS5 which is so stupid its almost laughable that it's even happening. I also can't unlink my account to link it to an old PoE1 account that has established characters on the website, which is a joke. They said message support and I just finished writing my 8th one. Im getting so tired of doing this just to use basic things. Does anyone know a work around? Or somehow can I PM guys selling things in game on console only knowing their website info?
