Kabala, The Constrictor Queen - Not Taking Damage/Attacking while stunned

I was fighting Kabala, I'm playing a Stun/Armor Break Warrior and noticed I armor broke her in 2 hits, stunned her in 2 hits. After the 2nd stun, her hitbox became extremely wonky. I couldn't hit most places with my slam abilities, which have a pretty large AoE. Then, she was also still attacking while she was stunned, while the stun meter goes back down. The bar went orange, but it didn't fill all the way, right away. That's when things started taking a turn. Turned, what should have been, a decently short fight to an annoyingly long one. I would also like to point out one thing... this is not an accuracy issue. Not once have I had issues on bosses, hitting my target. As you can see, I had no issues hitting her before the 2nd stun. I am also suffering this, similar build just unable to hit her regardless of what I do. Some of my attacks seem to build up stun but that's it, no damage.

I am doing a sorceress build with ice and lightning and my attacks don't seem to damage her sometimes.

Bumping this. Didn't notice an issue on my monk, but now leveling a mercenary. Crossbow attacks seem to do nothing unless you're standing on top of her and even then still isn't 100%. I can see my armor piercing rounds building up but no damage numbers on the health bar unless I move very close. Galvanic shards miss almost everywhere I stand but still build up shock. Grenades seem to also follow the same rule where they hit 100% of the time if I'm standing on top of her and never hit if I'm near the edge of the ring.

This is still happening, extremely unreliable hit detection.
