Cannot use Direct whisper on trade site.(PS5)

I am unable to use Direct whisper on trade side with my PS5 account. I am also unable to set fixed prices on items in my sell tab, as they are not showing up on the trade site.

You have to add a comment in the trading tab of your inventory (to mark a public first), once you have bought the pack
then use L3 to move the # of item, then the type asked
Then use the Square button (I am not sure which one) but if you use the other your request will not be validated

Same was for me, I couldn't whisper from websites. It was returning internal server error

Has anyone got a fix for the whisper issue yet? Got the same problem so I can't contact anyone to buy something

I got the whisper issue in reverse, i can whisper to buy but when others try to buy from me i just get an invite with no automatic message to clarify what they want, real frustrateing as a good half of them are not english speaking

Same problem, on steam, can't direct whisper, any fix yet?
