Support response please!!!!

I contacted support via email and via website messages approximately a week ago, and still have not received a response. I'd really like to purchase the stash tabs on sale, but I cannot do so until Support fixes my issue. Can someone please help me expedite my request?!?!?

It's been a week, and I'm going to miss the stash tab sale... and I don't even know that they received my request, or when it will be addressed. Is there anything else you can tell me other than to wait longer than the week I've already waited?
