Currently breach has an inherent backtracking tied to it in order to loot all the drops from it's mobs (unless you loot right as you kill them, which hurts your clearspeed).
I'd like to suggest that during the breach, all drops are stored, and drop at your location when the breach fully closes, similar to how it is in Breachstones.

No, how it is now at least lets you grab big things in case you die. Your method guarantees nothing if you die.

No, how it is now at least lets you grab big things in case you die. Your method guarantees nothing if you die.
Perhaps Equipment and Currency Drop, but Catalysts and Splinters are held to the end?
Its is Zero fun running back through the map 2-3 times to pick up loot after running multiple breaches. All loot or most of it should be held until the end.
