Early access coins missing

So as everyone knows, if you bought the early access, you should've gotten 300 gold coins as a bonus in game, but I didn't receive it? I bought it on steam, so maybe I thought that I wasn't supposed to get it, since it was bought on steam, not the official launcher, but it seems, that others who also bought it on steam did receive their coins. I also already bought some coins since I wanted transmogs, and only after that I actually learned about all the purchasable stash tabs.

You can check transaction history (don't know if possible for you), that I didn't spend 300 free coins, and spent almost 800 coins on transmogs, I can also provide transaction emails if necessary. So would it be able to get the 300 free ones or is it a lost cause already?

I'm confused about this also. Never played PoE1 so first time with the website.

Bought the Early Access pack on PS5 with 300 coins and linked it with an account here but when I log in here to my account at the top it has 0 coins.

What do I need to do to get the Early Access credit to show up. Wanted to take advantage of the Tabs sale.

Did we get any resolution to this?

I bought on both PS5 and Steam, should have 600 coins but have zero. I started a thread with GGG support by email, they asked me for my account info & characters and then stopped responding.

same issue here. on ps5 too. no coins both in-game and on website. did any of you fins a solution to this?

I am facing somewhat the issue where my 300 coins are on my Steam account instead of the main one I use for POE1. I have sent multiple emails to the support team, but it's been a month and I am still waiting for a response.
This is unacceptable to be treated that while we are early adopters and supporters...

I have the same problem and more than a month for a solution, they already answered me that it could be solved but I haven't heard anything back. There are many people with the same problem, it is not an isolated case. Please correct your SERIOUS errors.

I Bought a copy on Steam just a week ago and still don't see the 300 Coins. It only appears on the website saying I have 300 coins, but not in the game.
