Can I get a refund?

A refund was being processed via email, but there was no reply from the support team.

The support team said
"If you used an alternative payment method, could you please provide us with the exact date and time that the purchase was made?"

my answer is
"I paid with a visa card, but the transaction details show xsolla
Payment Date:2024.12.09 AM10:32"

Please reply as soon as possible

If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling a large volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
Hopefully you have not been using PoE2 access. As I bought on the wrong account by mistake but becuase I played PoE2 they have refused to refund/xfer coins or merge accounts.
