Rising tempest+Elemental Storm

Does Rising Tempest increased damage for Elemental Storm? Or like just skills what tags have 2-3 elements?

And also, can i get more damage with Rising Tempest in my other skill if Elemental Storm will trigger?

I'd like to know this too, I've been playing an Elemental Stormweaver the entirety of Early Access, and I'm still not sure if Rising Tempest 'realizes' you've used a skill of three different types with Elemental Storm, or only the element that triggered the Cast counts, since it can make a firestorm, a froststorm, or a lightning storm.

Elemental storm is a triggered skill. In the definition of the triggered skills it says triggering a skill does not count as using it, and in the description of Rising Tempest it specifies skill used. So I think Elemental Storm may not count towards Rising Tempest.

I'm also curious about interactions with skills that have all three elements tagged, Monk for example has Unbound Avatar that has all three tags, and is a skill by it's description in the ascendancy.
