Duplicate purchases on store due to "timeout error failed purchase"

Xbox: The8thMonkey#8400 I emailed support a week ago When EA released I was getting "timeout error" failed purchase but it was buying and I wasted my coins due to server and store issues at launch. I'm a new player and the duplicate buys purchased 3x Gem tabs and 2x currency tabs. It wasted my coins the store was so laggy you couldn't even see my total coins at top Please refund the 2 extra Gem tabs and the 1 extra currency tab. I have put the in a folder called refund in game as it was a issue on the store due to release. As this is spoiling my fun here. Thank you I understand you guys are super busy but it's been a week since I emailed support@grindinggear.com Thank you. The email I sent: Xbox player The8thMonkey#8400 Tldr: Issue, duplicate purchases due to server and store lag. Time out error and not showing total of coins. Ended up with 3 gem tabs and 2 currency tabs. Clearly as a new player I do not need more than one of each. I haven't used them and nothing is in the inventory of these. Please remove and refund the coins back to 300. I will try again later once EA has been out a while. While enjoying the start if part of exile 2 I have 300 coins from buying the early access pack. I wanted to purchase some stash tabs with my coins but it was failing several times. It would say failed time out and I'd try again then again on the 30 coin gem tab. As it didn't work I reloaded the store and tried buying the 75 currency tab failed again then it went through on the 2nd try. I then thought it was working again and tried again on the gem tab. I'm sure you know how the issues where at release. And as I said I'd buy 1 tab and after 30 sec get a time out error try again. So I did and again error. I tried a different tab again error played for a bit tried again and said successful so I tried again on the first tab and success then the server went down and when it can back it was now showing coins in top corner and I had from 300 to 15. This is very disappointing and I'm gutted it's been 5 days and no one has replied. So I'm trying again. Please just refund all the tabs back to 300 coins. It's a lot and I don't wanted them wasting. I'm disappointed as I wanted to buy other stuff. Now I have to wait I don't know how long to get a reply and have them refunded. I'm not using the tabs. " I appreciate that I was just concerned due to it being so long. As it's been over a week and it wanted all my coins. And I've had to spend more money to get what I needed as the duplicate time our error buys spent all my coins. If I emailed about this the day of release over a week ago. How long are the wait times can I get a estimate please. Thank you. |

Same for me, i triple purchased the premium stash tab bundle lol. I have tabs for decades.
But it will not stop me to enjoy this game :) |
