PS 5 - cannot log in due to crash

Hello,

I cannot load game after the crash on PS5. I still can log in the game and on different character. But my Witch 37 lvl is stuck (jungle A3) and when I logging in the game from character screen, it crash again and I cannot play.

Can someone help me? I cannot reset myself, cannot reset from character select screen.
