Early access key not found after purchasing pack

Hello, i have access to the early access of Path of exile 2 through a friend code.
I purchased the Early Access supporter pack but i didn't get another key.
What should i do please ?

When i check the https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access, i only have the following message :
" Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access. " and the epic and steam key.

Where can i find the additional key that i should have got from early access supporter pack please ?

I bought a $5 Early Access Supporter Pack from this site, given that was one of the options presented when I clicked the 'Purchase Early Access Key' link.

However no Early Access Key was provided or automatically applied to the game.

I can install the game, but on attempting to log in to it for the first time, I am again prompted to 'Purchase Early Access Key' - which sends me straight back to the list of purchase options including the $5 Early Access Supporter Pack I already bought.

Is this some sort of scam? Or a bug?

There is no message associated with any part of this process to indicate the $5 pack option that appears when clicking to purchase a key is not a valid route to gaining a key, and every indication, as the website is worded, that it is a valid route to gaining a key.



Please refund me immediately if you are not prepared to provide the key, and please correct the early access key purchase options that appear if the $5 Early Access Supporter Pack is not actually an early access key purchase option.
