Account locked without any Information

Dear GGG Team, my Main Account that i have in use from the Beta of PoE1 and also put in a fair amount of money is now locked without any response to me.
Regardless of writing the Support and maybe getting back my Account i, to be honest, find it ridiculous that an Account gets locked/banned without any message to the user.
I can understand that your Support is overwhelmed because of the amount of players and problems that could emerge in an early phase of development but again, locking/banning Accounts without any Information to the user is not how it should be!

they are not required to give you information and even if they did it would just be the section of the ToS they believe you broke, standard practice since 2010.
