Cant launch game, keeps crashing on startup

Hello! I purchased the access key for Path of Exile 2 but cannot successfully launch the game. Every time I try to open it, I am met with a black screen and the unique cursor for the game menu, and then the game closes itself after about 4 seconds. I have tried many, many solutions to fix this but none have worked. I have-
updated drivers
tried to force launch in both dx11 and vulcan
updated bios
restarted computer
uninstalled and reinstalled the game
verified file integrity
launched as admin
launched in windows 8 compatibility mode
and more

None of these work. I am on a dell G7 7588 laptop and all my hardware and software meet the requirements to play the game. I am using windows 10 aswell. If you could help shed some light on why this problem keeps occurring, I would greatly appreciate it!
