I need this game to refund 80 coins

Hi, I want to report an display error in purchasing item in the game, I previously have 300 coins( which was given when i bought the early acsess pack). So in the game, there is a skin pack with 420 or 430 coins for a pack of skin, but when i click in, it show every parts of the skin is 0 coins cost, I tried to click it, it turned out that it took me 80 coins(while is display 0 coins). Ik this is an display error but, that lead to missbuy and waste my coins, can i get my coin refund please?

My in game name is: CoBeLoLem (monk)

And I log in the game through steam.
I sent an gmail about this problem on dec 8th but no reply was given at all
