Account locked due to Xsolla Auto refunded?
looks like a few people have had their account locked, Mine seems to be due to Xsolla cancelling my payment for an upgrade and refunding it? ($60) I didn't request a refund, and I still have $100 payed as completed transactions, but I have lost all access to the game because my recent upgrade was auto refunded, and I can see it after logging into PayPal.
Is it even worth contacting Xsolla in regard to this? based on how swamped GGG support is atm I'm assuming this is going to take weeks to resolve as I have already sent a ticket. The website did go down immediately after I did the purchase so maybe that broke something? Do I need to refund my already payed $100 and rebuy or is my account bricked now because of Xsolla? some quick assistance from GGG would be great. Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 9:44:34 PM
