I want my characters and tabs back

Dear GGG Support Team, I hope my email finds you well.

In the past week or so I have faced two main issues that started because I was trying to buy the early access for POE 2. I'll try my best to make it short and easy to understand.

I play on Xbox series X (UAE Engineer#8639), but a couple years before I opened an account on PC (UAEEngineer#3012) but never played on PC and remained forgotten.
A week ago I signed in the website (https://www.pathofexile.com) to check if I have the minimum life time purchase threshold to get the access key for POE 2 early access and I got informed that I need to link my email in the website to get the access key, so I did so. During the process of linking my email to my account in (manage my account) it prompted me that an existing account is already linked to the same email (UAEEngineer#3012) which I forgotten about [the one mentioned before that I opened in PC and never played with] without paying to much attention to it I pressed confirm and linked it.

Problem #1:
After all that I went on to check my lifetime purchase and found it to be around 280 USD so I knew that it is not enough because it needs to be minimum 480 USD to get the free access key, so I went on to buy the early access key with 30 USD. For the following two days I never received the 25 characters code to input it in Xbox series X to get the access, after some investigation I found out that the codes are in the website in [my account - Path of Exile 2 Early Access] but it was two codes, one for Steam and the other for EA. So I contacted Support via email and I got a response from [Vinky] who asked me to provide two characters names and my account name with the hashtag number so I did so then I received to reply after that until now (around 5 days).

Problem #2:
This one is the bigger problem. 
After no reply from Support Team for (5 days) which I totally understand because of the heavy traffic that are caused as a result of POE 2 early access launch, I went on and purchased the early access again from the Xbox series X store and successfully logged in but I was shocked to discover that all my tabs that I already purchased from POE disappeared, so I logged in to my POE game I got shocked again to find that all my characters disappeared [all the characters mentioned above] so I logged in the website and I found my characters are showing in it and not deleted so I went to forums and technical supports to find a solution but all of them say the same thing (contact the support@grindinggear.com, and they will fix it very fast for you), so I did send email after email but unfortunately I didn't receive any response.

In conclusion, I sincerely apologize for contacting support several times for the past 6 days but I have no other choice. Am currently in a position where I can't play POE because my characters disappeared and I can't play POE 2 early access because I don't have my tabs. If I didn't love the product you guys launched I wouldn't waste my time nor yours but I really do love this game and I've been waiting to play it this whole week, so I pray that you fix the issues I raised as soon as possible and I apologize in advance because I'll keep sending this email in the hopes of someone to respond and fix everything.

If you have already emailed Support, then please wait until they reply to you. Sending more emails will put you to the back of the queue again. Posting here on the forum will not accomplish anything, as account-related issues can only be dealt with via email with Support.
