POE 2 SACRIFICIAL HEARTH SIDE QUEST

Hello, in Act 3 I found the sacrificial heart, thinking it was for a quest later on. I finished Act 3 and moved on to Act 1 in hard mode, but I couldn't return to Aggorat normally. Since it was taking up a lot of space in my inventory, I dropped the heart. Now that I can go back to Utzaal, I've been farming for over an hour without being able to re-drop the sacrificial heart. Is it even possible to obtain it again?

Same happened to me but in the Cruel, did over 10 full clears of utzaal and it didn't drop.

So i just went to aggrorat, took the dagger, and a heart appeared out of nowhere
