Cant play, cant get any unlock code

still not receiving any email notifications from GGG:

- no unlock code mail
- no steam link mail
- no update from support since 7 days

wasted my time trying to log since release.

very disappointed.

I do not want your apologies I want my unlock code.
I work for a larger company than yours and I know what is involved when you launch a multi million dollars product, YOU GET PREPARED.
Im still waiting from Day 1 until now.
They replied my email asking me question and i need reply them again and radio silence from them afterward.
This company wasting resources on staff just replying email back and forth instead of fixing problem.
