legacy of the vaal bugged??

i finished the campaign but the last part of the last quest ''speak to doryani'' im in the ziggurat refugee and he is right in front of me but there is no quest marker to talk to him and when i open the map device it says that you need to finish the campaign? anyone help

Same happend to me today, finnished the campaign, and get stuck with the "Speak to Doryani" quest.

Same thing. It happened on second character completing the cruel campaign
