If you bought a pack on the wrong account you're likely screwed!
On the 02/12/24 I sent an email to GGG requesting either to merge accounts or refund my pack.
on the 03/12/34 I recieved an email from Rob saying this could be done but they needed more information. SO I supplied this information then I waited and I waited and I WAITED.... day of launch comes I play on the wrong account couple days later I figure how to link my accounts so I start a new character on the correct account as there linked now I can play PoE2 on both. all that time I'm waiting for a responce but enjoying the game and I don't need the coins till a stash tab sale so I leave it. Now nearly 2 weeks later becuase I had the Audacity to play and enjoy there game while they did not respond now they are refusing to merge accounts, transfer coins or refund pack. So if any of you bought on the wrong account and have played that account. they will never help you will get a 3 line responce saying there not willing to help becuase you have played the account.
