Trial of the Sekhemas Soft Lock

I was playing with someone on PC and entered the trial of sekhemas the first time with them. I accidentally portal'd out and am unable to interact with the altar to put my coin on it. I have the coin and relic in my inventory, but cannot proceed with the quest at all. I'm at the point in Ascent to Power where it says "Complete the Trial of the Sekhemas" help! This is on PC5 using a controler too btw.

was it your first trial or the one, that u can do in cruel difficulty ?

i think you can try to throw the quest item for the trial on the ground ( on a map ) and pick it back up. After that, go to the trial and talk to balbala , and it should work again.

The first trial will always be startable.
For example.
You use the coin and die. Than Balbala gives you a new one.
Its the same with the chaos trial.

So if the first idear dont work. Simply throw the item away and restart the game. So u got no QUest item anymore. She should give u a new one, that u can put in.

The last option - u only need a Instance reset. So that u can use the Altar again. Because maybe it was active, because of the other players. U need ur own new instance

Yeah throwing it away does not help. I am able to get a new coin from the NPC next to the alter but still cannot select the alter
