Sony store purchases

Why does it take hours to get purchases made from the Sony store to actually go onto the game? This defeats the purpose of having to buy the stuff in the console store. It's very very irritating.

The store, in general, seems wonky. I made the mistake of purchasing something on the site, only to find out it wasn’t available on the PS5. To make matters worse, not all MTX items transfer from POE 1 to POE 2, which is quite frustrating to learn after making a purchase (maybe items needs to be highlighted as such in the web store).

Hopefully, I’ll receive a refund, and they’ll also address your issue with purchases taking time to appear in the game. As consumers spending money and supporting GGG, these issues should have been resolved before the beta launch. I understand it’s a beta, but I thought the problems we would be experiencing would revolve around gameplay, graphics and interface issues rather than transactional problems.

Right? You would think that a game that relys on player purchases to support them would have their shit figured out on that transaction side of things before all else. It's really irritating that I bought stuff over 5 hours ago and still haven't got them yet. I'm also still waiting on my pretty from the twitch gifted sub purchase I did. These shouldn't be issues we are facing.

During launch night, when the LOGIN!-servers were hammered by a million players at once, I still got my 2 Twitch drops and Pet without problems. Did you actually link your Twitch account to the "right" PoE2 account? You need to check here on this site that your account is "connected" to Sony for the items to show up ingame.

* Manage Account
* Check if Sony is "connected".

At the bottom of that same page you should see a button labeled: "View Rewards", if you click on it you will see your twitch drops and the times you claimed them. If you don't see them here, your account isn't linked with Twitch properly.

Yes my account is link correctly. I got the other drops but not the pet. Still waiting on my points purchases as well. It's been over a day now and nothing. This is the shit that will make me quit before anything else in the game. Buying stuff and not getting them makes me feel like I'm getting ripped off by the company and that really pisses me off. Add long as they get their money who cares right?

Did you create a support ticket? If you still don't have it, I think now would be an appropriate time to do so.
