Xbox Series X - PoE2 - Iventory - Y Button

Hi, i have the problem on the xbox that the y button does not work to put something from the inventory into the chest? the items are thrown on the floor every time i use the y button and not into the inventory. my friends on the xbox do not have this problem. why do i have this problem and how can i fix it?
