Account Issue
Hey,
I have been having an issue where it looks like I have 2 accounts, and my twitch drops and previous purchases are on one, and the POE2 purchase is on the other. I have sent in 2 emails over the last week, and have had no response. I just wanted to know if they could merge my accounts or refund me and let me put it all on the same account, and I have it sorted going forward. I didnt realize that if I purchased on Steam, it would use a separate account from my POE account. I thought it would link the 2, but something went wrong in the link process I guess.
