[Help] How to refund my points?

Because of the serrver delay, there was no decrease of points after I clicked purchase botton on this website. I thought the purchase was unsuccessfulI and then clicked purchase botton 2 more times, which caused me purchasing 3 currency stash tabs. While thease was still no decrease of points the 3 times click.
But when I login the game, I found only 120 points left. It cost me 180 points on buying 3 currency stash tabs.
I think it's not my fault but the unstabble severy response. And I really don't neet 3 currency stash tabs, one is enough for me...
So, is there any way to have my 120 points refunded,same time taking back 2 currency stash tabs ?

If you email them they will do their best to take care of you when they catch up on all these tickets.

It definitely sucks but hoping they get on top of the hill soon.

I have been waiting the best part of 2 weeks for them to reply to my reply gods know how long a fresh ticket is gonna take.
