Request to change email adress from GGG Account Xerotos#1473

Hello GGG,

I’ve sent several emails to your support, but Gmail keeps notifying me that your inbox is full and no more emails are being received, so I’m trying to reach out at this hour.

Years ago, I had an account on the POE/GGG forum called Xerotos#1473. This account is associated with an email which I no longer have access to because it was hacked, so I can’t access it anymore.

The issue is that my Steam account is linked to this POE/GGG account, and I can’t unlink it!

Moreover, since I no longer have access to the old email, I can still log into my GGG/POE account because I remember the password, but I can’t change the email (because it asks for confirmation to the old email, which I no longer have access to) or the password.

Could you please change the email on this POE/GGG account (Xerotos#1473) so that I can then change the password and associate the correct email?

I can pm to a GM the new email adress

I wanted to purchase early access to POE2 on Steam, but I can’t do so until the old email is removed!

If you need any additional information to confirm my identity please ask me anything but as stated before I emailed at support but noone responded me in days.

Please GGG help me it's passed more then a week and noone respond me!
3 days ago a customer support employee contact me asking information about my character (in particular if i had a PG in a guild and if I buyed anyrhing from store)


I answered immediatly but noone respond me neither my account has been merged.

2 or 3 weeks has passed and i received only One support reply and zero solution.

It has been another 6 days since my last email and the situation has not changed.
The support team reached out to me asking for more information, but since then nothing has moved.
My account still shows the wrong email and I cannot disconnect my Steam account.

How long will it take to resolve this issue?

Hi 11 days has passed, support contacted me once but after that noone resolved my problem.

My question is simple, unlink my steam account so that i can link to my new GGG account with new email adress, can you do it please?
