minions build need help, Necromantic talisman and Choir of the Storm

Dose Necromantic talisman work with Choir of the Storm, when skeletal storm mage arc

but i'm in lvl 76, i cant see lighting bolt trigger when skeletal storm mage arc,
something wrong?

Tried same combo but unfortunately it doesn't work :/

Did you test it with Sniper Minions too? Maybe the Hit needs to be from normal Attacks.

I would love for this work, but traditionally (POE1) minions cannot use skills in any way, so I don't expect it to.
