Can't purchase stuff through mtx store.

The shop keep asking me to top up more coin eveytime i tried to make any purchase. I've been trying to buy the divine nine tail fox pet. I have extra coin worth more than the fox though. Everything seems fine with my friends account tho. Help.

I'm having the same issue. I've got more then enough coins, but can't buy it.
