[POE2] After Computer Reboot, the game ALWAYS boots in FullScreen

See title.

Steps to reproduce:
- Set the Graphics to Windowed Fullscreen
- Close the game
- Restart my computer
- Start the game

The game will boot in fullscreen
This is more annoying than an issue, it sometimes means I have to close the game and reboot it again as it has some issues handling my two screens with different resolutions in full screen. But apart from that, as long as I don't reboot my computer this setting does not reset.


As far as I can see, no other setting is affected, only the 'Mode' option

if it matters:
GPU: NVIDEA GeForce RTX 4070 Super
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F
