Tarnished Scarab

This mob seems way to OP (Or Overtuned as some pople have said.) The mob moves super fast, by the time I come out of a dodge roll it's on me again and it's attack is so quick/instant, I am getting nuked down, which refreshes the map (Keth) and I just have to see how far I can get before I run into them again.
