Rotting hulk is an outlier in a bad way

This enemy type has an almost invisible high damage long range attack with very good tracking that happens very quickly, it also multi-hits and easily stuns. It's unfun and stupid to continue to encounter this nonsense.

i got killed by that fcker in a tier 1 map. shotgunned me from 1.2k health to 0 instantly.
