Poe 2 - Game bugged on a specific character

Everything was good until I reconnect today, I went to my Stash and I noticed my quest progress itself. I needed to talk to Alva before going to the temple of Kopec, now temple of Kopec is opened by itself and the quest skipped the conversation with Alva.
I thought it was a minor bug and still decided to continue the quest.
Now I go in temple of Kopec and the game is freezing every 1-2 seconds I try to move the character making the game unplayable, I return to town, everything is normal. Later I noticed that it was not just the temple but every zone outside of town is making the game freeze.
I try on my second character and there is no such issue, I tried to create a new character, same, no issue. I already tried to reinstall the game but the issue persist.

Fixed with last update (I think?).
