Disenchantment Warning

Recommend to add Popup confirmation when accidentally sending 4+ mods rare or unique to NPC for disecnahntment.

The warning could be helpful for player who doesn't read or know fully how disenchantment works.

The pop up confirmation can be something similar to "Once confirm, all item will be disenchanted!" or "Potential valuable rare or unique item is added for disenchantment, proceed?"
