UI Updates and QOL (with pics)
Good Evening,
I've been playing POE 2 alot since release and I'm loving it, nerfs and all bring it on its been a blast so far. With a background in design I've noticed a few things and was looking to give feedback on them, but figured I'd put in some extra effort and provide examples instead of just writing it out in detail. Here's a few things I'd like to see included / added, based on my experiences in game. 1.) Knowing if my support gems are currently equipped or being used in the Gem Window. If i were using an Uncut gem, it provides an exclamation or greys out a support if its equipped, but there appears to be no indicator if you already have the support and wondering if its being used already. 2.) Readable spell values somewhere would be great instead of going through your gear piece by piece to calculate it. ( I understand this will probably be added at some point anyway and its early access ) 3.) Reworking Salvaging, Disenchanting and Reforging into a single UI or including Salvaging and Disenchanting into other UI elements for ease of use. This includes expanding the Reforging Bench into a Work Bench where we have access to all three for quality of life. Maybe also including the Salvaging and Disenchanting buttons on the Currency Tab in your Stash, this is two fold as it would increase overall quality of life for players and further incentivize Currency Tab purchase in the MTX shop. As most players who play the game seriously already have the tab and those newer players would see more value in the purchase of the tab. Hope this isnt asking to much, just wanted to give my 2c. You're doing great and keep up the good work! Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 3:00:42 AM

+1, visual aids are always great and UI/UX is one of the things the game does need some work on. My own concerns are much less elegant - I think we should be able to look at the skill gem and support gem menu's without having a spare gem on hand to peer into like a crystal ball. It should be part of an in game wiki or information resource. I also should be able to see which support gems I currently have and what they're socketed to.
