Missing waypoint Infested Barrens

If I understand correctly you have added waypoints close to the entrance of new zones. Therefore you either missed one in Infested Barrens cruel or there was no plan to apply to that area above action. Here is link to screenshot :

I am having the same problem in Act 3, Missing waypoint and I cant get out unless I go to other map locations and use the wp there.
