Account locked.

Hello I need help with my account its currently locked, now i beleive my account was locked because of my name "childsupportt" its what im thinking why it got locked.

Now whats really frustrating me is that GGG "support" does not respond at all like this is gotta be the worst type of support ever its taking 3 days for them get back to me.

Now this is another account I made, my Original is still locked and the thing im trying to find what my name was which was "miree" but the thing is I cant remember the numbers that follow through after the hashtag and I cant seem to find a way to find what they were because It doesnt even let me into my account. LIKE AT LEAST LET ME BE ABLE TO SEE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS.

Is there a way I can find out what the numbers of my name were? I cant log in obviously because I'm locked out of it. But I'm guessing for them to see my account they need the full name.

same, locked account. still waiting for support. at least triage the requests and fix the pressing issues where people can't even access the game because of locked accounts. (me first plz)

I have the same issue. I was playing, went to the bathroom and when i came back i was logged out and account locked.

I've sent multiple emails and not getting any response. its been close to 6 days now.

Do you think you can help?
