POE2 Steam-early access pack/other support packs missing mtx/points/keys

So after a week of waiting and trying to get any info from the support regarding where my stuff from the expensive early access packs is i chose to write it into the forums as an own thread.

So for such an long waiting time i kind of Demand an answere openly towards that Issue. im missing keys/points/mtx from my buyd packs and even missed ingamesales regarding another armors i maybe wanted to get with these points from the supporter packs.

I dont want to start with the missing mtx i already have and cant use in poe2 how it got promised to everyone.

At the moment i even would accept a refund for the 2 packs ive got that i can either REBUY them to get them or use that money elsewhere.

but for an support team to need a week and still no answere is not okay, you have various sets of topics for support. i would assume that Customer support regarding transactions has a relatively good team setup for thair customers?

i get it that you guys have your hands full with all these streamers to show you stuff that you nerf then "1% of ppl makes the game worse for everyone like in poe1" or to fix bugs that you get reported as well

but hay heres a bunch of customers"not just 1-2" who paid and still wait for thair things and these people supported you with thair own time and money as well. Partially over Several years or more.

it can be that my writing sounds harsh but see it more as an support request and informational letter for an Very problematic thing that has to be adressed.


UPDATE 13.12 late: got finally contact possibly because of this post, atm support is looking into it but then whent silent again.

well there were someone working on it but soddenly stopped then someone else worked on it asked for certain info and then no answere again for like 2 days...? what is going on

Edit: 18.12.2024.: i loose patience at a rapid rate. 84 € were paid and i didnt recive anything so far thats not accountrelated its an issue regarding paying customers. that have to be handled quite fast and not in "soon" 2 weeks later.

So, its the 2 weeks mark now. i dont worry anymore if you guys have too much to do. too late for that

i advise you to work on it now.
So since the 2 week mark is passed ive taken the stuff in my hands now since your support that "worked" on my ticket Failed to help me with the issue that comes from your servers.

ive send an appel on steam to refund me the 2 packages that i buyed and it saddens me to see how bad your support ended up dealing with customers and or with that kind of things.

the last days i saw so many request simmilar to mine on you guys forums where always is the same bot message from your bot supports, maybe instead of using a bot you should get real people to work on that kind of things.

Just as a simple tip.


As a side notice, this ticket isnt closed at all, if the steam support fails to give me my money back, naturally you guys have to work

Update to the issue:

i got my refund and in 7 days i will get my money.
okay seems like the issue is solved now from my own hands.

i advise you to write the ppl that have the same/simmilar issue to go on and make a refund statment towards steam "mark as well that the money for that refund takes 7 days to be avaible" that should lessen at least some of your tickets without doing a lot of extra work


its intresting that an User with issues have to do themselfs the extrawork to fix that issue for you while your Support wasnt able to even handle/do anything for up to 2 weeks and more.
