Unable to Complete Act 1 Quest

I am unable to complete the Act 1 quest.

My character has defeated the Act 1 boss and can proceed to Act 2, but the Act 1 quest remains incomplete. Additionally, I haven’t received the spirit power reward.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?
