Account Issue
Hey guys I recently had my account locked a few days ago for an unknown reason at the time. I reached out to customer support which took a few days to respond but was told my account was locked and would be permanently banned along with my POE 1 account because I had refunded my POE 2 early access purchase. Additionally was told if I didn't revert the refund I would be permanently banned. I did refund the purchase but because I (right after) bought the game from the official website to support the dev team more directly (thought I was doing a good thing to support the game). I uploaded the codes that were provided to steam and everything. I looked into the policy and saw that all charge backs of in game purchases would result in a permanent ban. That makes sense, although, refunded the game on steam and POE 2 isn't an in game purchase. POE 2 is a separate game. It's not like I didn't pay for the game. I was acting in good faith and now I'm being told my poe 1 and 2 account are going to be permanently banned if I don't revert the refund before it goes through (I tried and steam couldn't revert it because understandably the customer support had delays in letting me know the issue). Who do I email now? Is it even possible to revert this outcome?

Update: I noticed the steam purchase also give 300 currency for microtransaction but the poe website purchase of poe2 does not. This is what support meant for the reasoning on why my accounts should be banned... can I just pay the price of the currency somewhere to have my accounts unlocked?
