When Will the Issue with Early Access Be Addressed?

I purchased the Early Access Supporter Pack through Epic, but I am unable to log in as I do not have access to Early Access.
Despite contacting support, I have received no response.

Judging from other posts in the forum, it seems many others are being ignored by your support team as well.
I understand that your company may be overwhelmed with inquiries at the moment, but how long are we expected to wait?
Is it a matter of days, weeks, or months? Waiting without any clear timeframe is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer support.

This situation is truly regrettable.

Your template reply provides no reassurance whatsoever.
I even doubt whether you’ve actually read what I wrote.

In particular:

I am not asking for such a vague response.
What I need is a clear timeframe for when I can expect an email reply or resolution.
Is it a matter of days, weeks, or months?

It is unreasonable to expect customers to wait indefinitely without any estimate.
If you cannot provide a clear timeframe, then at the very least, commit to issuing a refund.
I waited since Launch day too. But i have a feeling keeps appears in my mind what GGG are doing now.

"we already got your payment,you cant do anything. go sit at one corner and wait for your turn."
Same. I'm very disappointed.
Same here I wait for almost a week. I just need to know what time I need to wait or commit a refund, as you said. I'm super hyped from the start, but now my hype is starting to fade.
There are people that waited for over a month now, you think they have a support team?
