Cast on Minion Death Bug

When the Last Gasp support is used on a minion creating skill, their deaths do not count towards Cast on Minion Death triggers. I tested this a few times, and was found to be right each time.

Yep, Sacrifice is bugged as well, when sacrifice is active last gasp didnt trigger at all
