Monsters Randomly Not Agressive. Rare Mod Proximity (something) + Behead Support
I started the zone just fine. About half way through Jungle Ruins, they lost all aggression. I can hit them and they will just stand there. I had a similar issue in most of the future Vaal zones, but it was usually reduced aggression and attacking them would cause them to fight back.
It looks like I have some kind of effect on me, my character is usually wispy and ghost like. I am using the behead support, so I am not sure if there is a rare affix that can get stuck and cause this. Here is a picture of a monk(ey) and a few apes just chilling. Here is another one with me and some snake zombies touching grass. Okay, last one because I thought this one was cool. Looks like you are phased (aka in sort of stealth), hence not visible to mobs, much like the skill "phase run" in poe1.
Are you using anything like that? Edit: Judging by your post that you can hit them and they will just stand there, i take it you are not and some sort of bug is causing you to be phased out i guess. Last edited by Onds#6941 on Dec 12, 2024, 9:11:45 PM

" No, it has to have come from the behead support. I think it might be whatever affix turns rares into smoke monsters and that effect is stuck. |
|
" Yeah, exactly. You might have killed a monster with phasing, and instead of gaining phasing for 20 seconds, the effect has stuck on you. Quite a serious bug to be honest. | |
It's not phasing, the mod is called proximity "something". I got it again. I can get it to happen every time I have an opportunity to cull with behead support.

Confirming this happens when getting Proximal Tangibility via Behead Support or Headhunter and you are "intangible" when the Behead/HH buff ends. The intangibility stays until you kill another rare that has the same buff or exiting the map (when all player buffs are removed).
