PoE2 - Account Locked Help
My elderly father has reached out to me for assistance as he cannot make a post on the forums.
From what he's told me his account is locked out via this site. He can play PoE1 on steam with no issues logging in. He has already contacted support for website access and he got a good response time asking for account name + 1-2 characters which he has provided screenshots. No contact has been made since his reply. Additionally he tried to make multiple e-mails to support which had zero replies until December 4th he received a reply after the 4th/5th attempt that support isn't taking e-mails. He can go onto the website and request a forgotten password reset via e-mail. He received the password link and successfully changed his password. Afterwards he was prompted that he was logged in however returning to main page he is prompted to login again. He checked his e-mail that the password reset was sent to which the password change was confirmed however he is still locked out of his account and needs to contact support. He has not spent the $30.00 for early access, can't get in and account is locked. According to my father he has had the same password issue since 2018 and has tried to reach out in the past, same result as above no solution no response. Please have him send us an message from the email tied to your father's account, including the account name and 4-digit discriminator, as well as a couple of character names from their account.
